Ahmed Shaikh started this practice after years in a large law firm environment that mostly dealt with the concerns of large corporations. He now practices exclusively in the areas of Estate Planning and Probate, what he regards as “inheritance and charity.”
So much of “Estate Planning” revolved around filling in templates that may “avoid probate” but don’t have much other purpose. His practice was founded because of a dearth of education in the community about protecting families from problems that come from not planning, including a loss of family harmony and extreme injustices to children that parents never really counted on.
Justice within families is a topic Ahmed Shaikh addresses regularly in lectures and presentations throughout Southern California.
